失败的韭菜煎饼


离家2-3公里处有那么一家迷你韩国食品店,我的韩式料理食材主要都来自这儿。这家食品店的店面不大,绕店内一圈顶多十来秒钟。之所以喜欢光顾这家迷你食品店,主要是因为那个脸上永远挂着笑容、打招呼永远中气十足的韩裔老板。小店里总是萦绕着很愉快的氛围,遇到韩式料理的问题,老板也总是很乐意为我解答。

这天,嘴里惦念着韩式小吃韭菜煎饼的味道,于是又光顾了这家小店,买了一包煎饼粉,再问问老板一般韩式韭菜煎饼的配料后,回家自己动手做来解馋。


这一次做的煎饼口感差了些,大概又是因为自作聪明把蛋放多了,煎出来的都像蛋饼,少了预期的QQ口感。
